Rihlatic Account Deactivation and Deletion

This page explains how users of the Rihlatic mobile app can request account deactivation and deletion.

To request account deactivation and deletion, email contact@rihlatic.com from the email address linked to your Rihlatic account.

Steps

  1. Send an email to contact@rihlatic.com with subject: Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your full name and the phone number or email used for your Rihlatic account.
  3. Our team will verify your request and start account deactivation.
  4. After verification, we process permanent deletion of eligible account data.

Data Deleted

  • Account profile details and account access credentials.
  • In-app account preferences and non-essential profile data.
  • App-linked account records that are no longer required for legal or regulatory obligations.

Data That May Be Kept

  • Booking, payment, invoice, and transaction records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute resolution obligations.
  • Security and audit logs required to protect platform integrity.

Retention Period

Deactivation starts after request verification. Deletion of eligible account data is completed after processing.

Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations may be kept for up to 7 years, then deleted or anonymized according to applicable law.
