Terms and Conditions – Rihlatic.com

By using Rihlatic.com to book flights, hotels, or other travel services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.


1. Identification Requirements

  • All travelers, including infants and children, must present valid identification at the time of check-in.

  • Failure to present valid documents may result in denied boarding, and no refund will be issued.


2. Flight Check-in and Boarding

  • Check-in opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 45 minutes before departure.

  • Seat assignments are made during check-in and are subject to airline policies.


3. Conditions of Carriage

  • All transportation services are provided in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage of the respective airline.

  • These conditions are incorporated by reference and are available upon request from the issuing airline or airline website.


4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before departure must be handled directly with the airline.

  • Rihlatic.com is not liable for any losses arising from cancellations made within this time window.

  • Partial cancellations are not allowed on round-trip fares.

  • Changes to reservations will result in applicable airline fees plus any fare difference.

  • In the case of bookings made through third-party agents (e.g., Go Channel partners), refunds must be collected directly from that partner.


5. No-show and Refund Policies

  • No-show refunds must be claimed within 15 days of the departure date.

  • If the base fare is less than the cancellation fee, only statutory taxes will be refunded.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject to the airline’s policy. Rihlatic.com will not be liable for decisions made by the airline regarding refunds.


6. Baggage Allowance

  • Standard free baggage allowance: 15 kg checked baggage per passenger in Economy Class.

  • Baggage policies may vary depending on the airline, route, or fare type.


7. Flight Delays and Cancellations

  • Rihlatic.com is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations initiated by the airline.

  • Travelers must contact the airline directly for terminal information, schedule changes, or in-flight services.


8. Booking Confirmation

  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to reconfirm flight details with the airline at least 24 hours prior to departure, using the Airline PNR number provided in the booking confirmation.


9. Role of Rihlatic.com

  • Rihlatic.com acts as a travel intermediary. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline or service provider.

  • Rihlatic.com shall not be held liable for changes, delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by the airline or third-party provider.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
